GENDER EQUALITY INDEX 2025
Since March 1st, 2020, all companies with at least 50 employees are required to publish their Gender Equality Index. It is calculated on the basis of five indicators :
Pay gap between women and men
Gap in individual salary increases
Promotion gap between women and men
Percentage of employees receiving a salary increase after returning from maternity leave
Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the ten highest salaries
